Steve has for the last twenty years been intensively involved in hotel and commercial projects. He has developed a wealth of knowledge on cost data for new and refurbishment works.

He has also been instrumental in advising Clients on procurement routes to establish the optimum balance of quality, cost and time. This has been particularly important in the refurbishment of occupied hotels where the Clients business must be protected during the construction operations.

Due to his intense involvement in hotels, Steve has developed a thorough knowledge of both front and back of house operations. This has been beneficial to Clients who have used this knowledge in conjunction with Steve’s cost and construction awareness to prepare their development programmes.

In certain projects, Steve’s role has extended beyond cost consultancy into Employer’s Agent /Project Management/Project Monitoring.
