Stephen Sweeney is a highly experienced property developer and investor. Educated to degree level in business administration, he is also a Rich Dad Hall of Fame Inductee and Asset Academy UK Profit Winner in 2019. He has a multi-million pound residential, leisure and commercial UK property portfolio, which is owned and operated in the Sweeney Group family of companies.

Along with his brother, Stephen owns and manages the construction arm of the Sweeney Group organisation. They possess all the relevant industry recognised accreditations required to operate in these environments and have an excellent wider team of construction professionals and managers able to deliver multiple sizes of development projects.
