Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing

Scott has over 15 years’ experience in private practice working as a Cost Consultant, Employers Agent and Project Manager on projects within the residential, commercial, religious and educational sectors.

His career has seen him perform professional consultancy services on refurbishment, alteration and new build projects to values ranging from £50k to £28million.

Scott’s involvement in the social / affordable housing market has also seen him perform Contract Administrator and Cost Consultant duties on major repair, reactive and cyclical maintenance contracts. In addition to this Scott has also worked closely with many Registered Social Landlords (RSL’s) to complete Stock Condition Surveys, Scottish Housing Quality Standards (SHQS) and Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) Compliance Reports.
