Martin Sweeney is a vastly experienced Business Operations Director and Global award-winning Property Investor with a multi-million pound property portfolio. He has a demonstrated history of leading high performing teams and projects. Highly skilled in the planning, management and execution of various property developments including residential, commercial & leisure developments.

Along with Stephen, Martin owns, develops and operates all the Sweeney Group assets. This includes the highly successful leisure based Sweeney Rooms concept and multiple serviced accommodation offerings the group holds. He leads the operational team behind this strategy and manages the Groups chartered construction professionals on the execution of projects in multiple sectors.
