Andrew formed Kennedy & Co just under 12 years ago specialising in retail & leisure agency and development consultancy in Scotland and the North of England. Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years post qualification experience and was a National Director of Cushman & Wakefield, formerly DTZ. Throughout his career Andrew has advised National and International Retailers, a variety of financial institutions, developers, house builders and the public sector on all aspects of the development and land agency. Key career highlights include the development consultancy and agency of Greenlaw Village Retail centre in Newton Mearns which attracted the first new build Waitrose in Scotland, the acquisition and ongoing agency of The Quay Leisure Park in Glasgow, the retained agent leading to multiple acquisitions and lease consultancy for Deichmann Shoes and Magnet Kitchens, multiple acquisitions for Tesco Stores and advice and disposal of a number of mixed use development sites and the agency and asset management of a number of high profile retail parks.
